Our games are designed to keep adults entertained, therefore some puzzles may be more challenging for children.

We recommend for kids to be over the age of 10, however under 15s must be accompanied by a paying adult, who will be able to assist them with solving puzzles throughout the game.

We do not have live actors in our rooms and legally we can’t do anything that might cause you harm… but you may get a scare or two, depending on the theme you choose!

Yes you can walk in and book a game, however it is not guaranteed that you will have an available game at that exact time therefore we recommend to call us before making the trip. Please arrive 15 minutes before your game starts to allow for a briefing.

You do not need to bring anything other than yourself and reading glasses, if needed. Cellphones will not be permitted in the rooms, we provide lockers for you to safely store your belongings while you play.

We will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations. In most cases, Epic Escape will provide a full refund for any cancellations, provided we are notified at least 24 hours prior to a booking. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy in our Terms and Conditions for more information.

An escape room is a fun team challenge where you have one hour to figure out how to escape from the room. Guests are immersed in a realistic environment and surrounded by a series of puzzles and clues while the clock quietly counts down your time. Teams must solve all the games using the clues and props provided in order to escape before the time runs out!

Yes, it is completely safe to play. We take Health and Safety very seriously here at Epic Escape so you will never actually be locked in the room, we will always give you an emergency exit.

Absolutely! None of our rooms require you to be locked or trapped in a small space. Each room can comfortably hold 6 people with lots of room to move around. None of our rooms are pitch black, sometimes a room might be dimly lit for theme purposes however you will always be able to see sufficiently. Although the room is locked you are always provided with an emergency exit which you can use at anytime during the game.

Yes we will lock you in the room, however you will have an emergency exit available to you at all times should you need to leave the room at any point. We take the safety of our customers very seriously and in an emergency you will be able to safely and quickly leave the room.

We want every player in the room to have a great experience and therefore we have limited our game size to 6 players. Any more than this and some team member are likely to miss out on parts of the game. For this reason, with groups over 6 participants we do ask you to split into two smaller teams and attempt different rooms simultaneously. Please contact us to organise this.

We want you to escape within the allotted time so we will keep an eye on your progress and try to assist you to escape. If you are close to finishing and our other bookings allow we may be able to give you an extension to finish the game.

We occasionally make small adjustments to improve our games, but the majority of the puzzles will remain the some throughout the life of the room theme.
